Launching Tempo

Today we are launching Tempo: the first AI employee built to run CPG field teams.

Forty million field visits happen every day. Almost none are reviewed before the rep leaves the store.

That delay is where sales are lost. A missing display, a wrong price, an out-of-stock shelf, a weak photo, or a missed follow-up usually gets caught after the visit is already over.

With Tempo, every visit is reviewed live.

Tempo reads the notes, photos, route context, account priorities, and playbook rules as the work is happening. Then it gives the rep the next best action before they leave the store.

02Move the work at field speed

The enemy of a field team is slowness. A delayed approval, a late report, or a missed issue turns one cost into many: fixing the work late, losing trust, and missing the sale.

Tempo moves judgment close to the work so reps can make the next call while the visit is still live. Managers shape the goals, rules, context, and corrections. Reps act with guidance in the moment. Every correction makes the next route sharper.

Field teams do not need another dashboard for work that already happened. They need judgment that moves the work while there is still time to change the outcome.

That is the operating layer we wanted for field execution: every visit understood, every issue caught earlier, every team moving at field speed, not follow-up speed.

03Get started with a pilot

We are taking on more pilots this week, priced per visit.

If you run a CPG field team and want every store visit reviewed live, get started with a pilot.
