What counts as a visit?

A field visit your team completes in Tempo: the photos, forms and notes from one store, checked by Tempo and turned into work your team can use. You pay for visits, not for the people using Tempo.

How many people can use Tempo?

As many as you need. Reps, managers and anyone you share reports with can all have access on every plan.

What happens if we go over our visits?

Nothing stops. Extra visits are charged at a rate we agree with you up front.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Reps use the iPhone or Android app offline, and Tempo sends everything once the phone reconnects.

Where do reports and answers arrive?

In the Tempo app and on the web, and by email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or Slack. You can also connect your own systems through the API.

Do you offer SSO and custom contracts?
